To update your information in the Membership Database
Please send an e-mail to our Membership Director at membership@dfwqaa.org.
Provide the e-mail address currently on file and the information to be changed or removed. This may include a change to the e-mail address.
As a reminder, the following fields are required.
Name
E-mail address
Preferred mailing address
Phone number
Company name and title
Getting Removed from the Membership Database
To be removed from the DFWQAA Membership Database, please send an e-mail to our Membership Director at membership@dfwqaa.org.
Use the e-mail address that is to be removed and use REMOVE as the subject of the message.
